I recent used the bathing facilities for my 80 lb. doggo and can’t believe I have been doing this at home for years. They provided the space, soap, towels, blow dryer, and clean up. “Wonderful staff and groomers here. Bridget takes very good care of Scruffy the Maltese. He doesn't get anxious when he comes here, and she takes her time with him if he does (he really doesn't like getting his nails cut). Everyone here is friendly and we love bringing him here.”

“Excellent customer service all the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, my daughter adopted 2 beautiful Guinea pigs and the sales associate Eva helped us out she was very knowledgeable and had a genuine passion for the animals it was very refreshing to see someone who cared about there job and actually wanted to help the customer. Pet supplies plus if you are reading this review you need to give her a promotion or a pay raise she is a true asset to your business and you should do what you have to to keep her around.”

“ONLINE ORDER PICKUP:I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I parked in one of their designated parking spaces for curbside pickup. Because I don’t use the PetSmart app, I had to call the store’s number to ask for the order to be brought out. The person who answered said it would be a few minutes before they could bring the order out, but asked me to pull up to the curb in front of the store because it was wet out. I relocated to the curb just to the left of the doors and a minute or so later she brought out the order.Overall, a smooth transaction without much fuss. It was handy being able to pick up the order curbside. If I have my pet or kids with me, it would have been a longer in-store visit as entering the store with them makes it a longer shopping experience.”
