“I had such a great experience with Mel’s K9 shop! I ordered a gender reveal bone cake and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Mel was so nice, easy to work with, and really went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. You can tell she puts a lot of care into what she does and cares for her costumers. I definitely recommend checking this shop!”

“We are so lucky to have a pet store like this in WNY! Great variety, high quality brands, and wonderful customer service. The staff have been knowledgeable and informative about what might be good options for my puppy every time I’ve gone in to get something (food, toys, treats, supplements, whatever). I would say the prices are comparable to online or Homegoods items as well; maybe a bit more but nothing outrageous and worth it to us to support local business. Love this place!”

“Not all pet stores are made the same. Had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Melissa about my saltwater fish, cat, and dogs. It's amazing the complexity that our hats have between their personalities, eating habits and general behavior.
It was refreshing to have someone walk around the store and answer a bunch of random questions that you've been curious about, that you can't seem to find any direct answers on the internet. Experience most definitely matters in so many aspects in life. And it certainly does when it comes to this Petco location.
The store was easy to navigate.The floors were clean and the rest of the staff was also attentive. It's refreshing to go to a store especially when they're so few, that understand the importance and value and impact of customer service on their customers.
Who would have thought that I learned something interesting about cat food with gravy? Good stuff!”
