“Matt were great!
Called Matt, there was a grinding sound coming from under the front end of the car.Matt had us bring it in immediately.
After he drove the car and heard the noise he checked the front breaks. There was a rock that got caught between the rotor and break pad. If Matt didn’t pay such close attention to the noise it might have taken him a lot longer to discover the hidden rock.
Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and timely, plus great pricing. My car is running with no noise. I will definitely take my car back if I experience any other problems!”
“I was in Buffalo for a training and woke up to a flat tire. Limped my truck over and they figured out the air valve was bad. 5 minute fix. Charged me just a few bucks, when I figured on paying much more to get the spare put on.”
“Ron and Angela were a little piece of heaven to me I took my car in to get a transmission replaced from a prior job done wrong ! Not only was the job done in little to no time Ron went above and beyond to make sure the job was at perfection searched high and low for missing pieces and if that wasn’t enough of a blessing he replaced my rotors, breaks and sway link bar at no extra cost and made a report for future court proceedings from prior work! Nick and the crew here are always enthusiastic about solving any issues that I come in with, as well as simpler things like inspection or swapping out a tire. They've been very helpful with diagnosing and fighting to solve an issue with my hybrid vehicle, while being very reasonable on pricing and time-frame. “It was ok the car is nice, I did notice it has a lot of scratches and alot a paint that was chipped on the car that was not noted in the description, also when I put the seats down it was extremely dirty underneath the detailing was horrible”
