The Verizon location is great service and professional helping. They were patient and caring staff who solve problem and assist with phone. The staff gave a tip and was very well helped while the system was down. They were feeling properly served and assisted without being oversold. Then a phone was stolen, recovered, and had a shattered screen, the staff helped out very well. The experience is fantastic, amazing and definitely leaves a great feeling. The location is right by home and they would still plan to visit if they moved. They were definitely recommended.

Couldn't finish buying my new phone, have to go back tomorrow because their system is down for 24-48 hours. How inconvenient. Garbage. Not the store but the whole Verizon network.
