“We have been to the Verizon store on eggert road and I cannot say enough about the manager there named Max. We are both very much seniors and Max was stellar in every single way to help us both ALL along the way! He truly cares about the people and his knowledge is incredible as well as his courtesy to all others. Another associate named Authena is equally as great in helping us out with the same concerns and courtesy! Max goes above and beyond words to truly help people and his attitude and courtesy is stellar !! We won't go anywhere else but to this local store who TRULY CARES !!”

“My nearest location and my go-to these days. The older woman that works there was extremely nice and goes out of her way to make customers happy! Honestly the other employees there are nice too, they just get overwhelmed at times with the uber delivery orders and rude customers who don’t realize how much space and time they’re taking up during rush times.”
