“Been an IFCU member for my entire life- recently had a scary and unfortunate scenario happen following a scam call. Both John's and the managers immediately took control of the situation and protected my account (and sanity) within seconds. They also sat me down and connected me right away with the fraud department and told me exactly what steps to take following the event. The situation was anxiety provoking but their calmness and quick action was extremely appreciated.A special shout out to John M, who took his time to give me advice on scam calls & how to always protect my account with scam calls being on the rise. He also gave great banking knowledge and advice in general that I actually had not known prior. John M even double checked everything with multiple IFCU members and departments for me before I left because he truly cared and wanted to ensure my issue was properly taken care of.I look forward to my issue being officially resolved but I am very grateful for the staff members who were working that day for handling my situation the way they did!”

“My experience with my HELOC application was great. Johanna was so responsive and patient with me. Returning emails answering questions in five minutes. Never had to wait for an answer. She was just amazing.Then, when I had a problem, opening up the membership and uploading documents, I went to the physical branch in West Babylon. Chris was great there too. He simplified everything and made everything that I was having problems with all day work right away. Great sense of humor. We laughed the whole time. Another great experience. “I had something very unfortunate happened while I was away on vacation. I immediately called Bethpage Federal credit Union and explain to them what happened. They immediately put my account on hold and told me to go to a branch when I get back home. I walked into the Massapequa branch on sunrise highway and sat down with the Assistant branch manager Laura Mener.She immediately dedicated her time to me and did everything to expedite correcting the situation and told me that it may take up to 10 days to correct this issue. Laura filled out all the paperwork and followed up with me day by day on the progress as soon as I sat down with her I felt at ease and she made me feel confident throughout the whole ordeal that my issue would be corrected. Needless to say that it was within a weeks time that that issue was resolved. Laura was a wonderful person to deal with throughout this ordeal and I felt like I didn’t need to worry about a thing as long as she was helping me out. I highly recommend opening an account at the Massapequa branch of Bethpage federal credit union and working with Laura Mener.”

“Bank is excellent. The only problem is the ATM seems to take forever to read the card chip. After like what seems like a minute, I take the card out, reinsert it, and it works right away asking for my pin. Maybe try to adjust them to make them quicker.”

“I recently found myself in a difficult situation I made many calls to TFCU and quite frankly I was given the run around until I went to the credit union location in Massapequa and fortunately I met Cheryl Jacobson and thank goodness I did she was helpful and empathetic and I feel went above and beyond and was not judge mental. She was a breath of fresh air for me. She introduced me to Ray and Anthony they too did try to help Anthony took the time to reach out to me by phone. “The only thing that I have a problem with this bank and this is probably there in the bigger versions of this Credit Union is that there's no bathroom, 1 time for some odd reason I was feeling very nauseous and unfortunately I had to step outside 'cause of no customer bathroom, fortunately they were really nice about the situation, the best part about this situation was that 1 of the Bank tellers decided to help me out by getting me a water bottle from inside. As you can imagined I was very embarrassed but it happens 'cause we're not perfect and just human!”
