“Logan was incredible. Admittedly I’m not great with cars. From first entering the store, Logan was so friendly and offered assistance. He spent time ensuring all of my car issues were diagnosed and that I was so well taken care of. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. I was traveling at the time that I stopped in, and had a long drive ahead of me - Just thinking about how honest, and kind, and caring he was, gives me faith in people in general. I used to stop into Advanced for my car needs, but after interacting with Logan, I will only be patronizing O’Reilly from now on. He was that good.
