“Foremost, Mike's are an honest, trustworthy bunch. The garage waiting room may be no-frills, there's no courtesy rental car, and it might be hard to find a parking spot ... but the work is always done right, and I've not once felt taken advantage of. That is far more important to me than the creature comforts. More than once, Mike's has talked me out of an expensive repair I thought I needed. My current car is still kicking and screaming even at 220K miles/13 years and I credit part of that to their maintenance work. I'm deducting one star only because sometimes it can be hard to get a hold of the desk to schedule an appointment and they often forget to call back when the job is done ... you have to call to check up at the end of the day. But they always deliver the car when promised, so it's not too big of a deal. I do wish they had online booking for appointments and text notifications that the work is done like I've had at other garages.”

They also offer 3 cents off with loyalty card, and an additional 5 cents off if you use your Kwik Fill credit card. I fill up weekly so it saves me money and I get that full 8 cents off per gallon, making the it best price in town.”

As I was finishing, the inside clerk thoughtfully brought out my change so that I didn't have to struggle with my cane to go back into the store for it. He was pleasant and very kind to do that!!It's the little, thoughtful things that make such a difference!! I thanked him and WILL drive that extra distance for fuel next time!!!! THANKYOU SIR!”
