Most importantly, the package arrived in perfect condition, with no damage whatsoever. That showed me that UPS takes care during handling and transport.

“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. “I have been to many different UPS stores. This one in Englewood Cliffs NJ was a bit different. Really friendly, efficient and focus was on making the customer feel happy! I needed a photo (2x1 1/2inches) which is slightly different than a passport photo (2x2inches). Jin, the owner made sure he made that size photo happen. He also is a notary and placed the notary stamp where it would not interfere with the application I needed to fill out. That extra care will make this UPS stores MY new UPS store!”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”
“This review serves as a commendation for Glen of the UPS Store located at 333 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains NY. I have visited all the UPS stores in lower Westchester county and the Bronx. Although I have never had a bad experience at any location, Glen is by far the most outstanding associate I have encountered.
He was super helpful and even assisted me tapping up my box. He was patient, courteous and professional. He took care of what I needed right away. Usually retuning an item is a semi dreadful experience. But Glen was awesome. And I noticed that he served every customer efficiently, promptly and with the same courteous demeanor and smile.
I must reiterate that he is definitely a valuable member of your organization. His hard work and service should not go unnoticed.”
