“I had a very positive experience with Safeguard Self Storage.
The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained throughout the time I rented there. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. Warren at the Weyman location was consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider creating a loyalty program or incentives for long-term customers. It would be a great way to recognize customers who remain with the company for multiple years.
Overall, I would recommend Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution. Thank you to Warren and the team for providing excellent service over the years.”

“With so many storage places to choose from, meeting Kenneth, Erica and Diamond assured me that I had made the right choice! Greeted by smiles, the process ran like clockwork. Because I completed the agreement on line, as suggested by Diamond, once I arrived at the facility the only thing left to do was tour my unit and pick up my lock. The staff are wonderfully nice.
The facility is large, and there is plenty of parking. There are two huge garage bays that you can pull into to unload your stuff, so you don't get wet if it's raining. Access is done via code at the door.
The units seem to be reasonably priced. Everything is clean and well maintained.
They show you your unit, and are very helpful in explaining how everything works so there are no surprises.”
