The owner is very knowledgeable, carefully assessing the gait of the sneaker being fitted. I usually walk in there miserable after using on line retail shops or larger stores where I buy the wrong sneaker and suffer. Rob and the other employees didn’t say anything as I browsed around and when I hung up Rob came over said he didn’t want to interrupt my call. “I Came into Footlocker at the Westchester Mall on 3/17/2026 looking for two pairs of shoes for my daughter. I was Immediately welcomed and approached by Stephanie, She firstly let me know beforehand that the systems were down throughout the whole mall and wouldn’t be able to take card for today. Which I greatly appreciated her for letting me know even still she offered to help me out and show me which shoes that they had available in my daughter sizes. Even with her phone scanner not loading she went to the back and quickly found the sizes I needed. Which i would be coming back this week to buy! I just wanted to highlight Stephanie’s amazing costumer service despise the systems being down she still offered me great service and made my experience feel welcoming. Great Team, I would definitely be revisiting the Westchester mall Footlocker again!”

“I go here to get most of my clothing. The store is very big and has good selections. The restrooms are very clean, and the check-out line isn't usually that long. They have a large shoe selection. My only complaint is that the tennis section is full of pickleball stuff, which is irritating”
