“My Macbook Pro laptop is a necessity for me at this time and I needed a quick screen fix. I called three different locations and Wintech was the fastest. The Tech said he would have it ready the next day, instead he called me 2 hours after I dropped it off and said it was ready! Total life saver ? laptop looks good as new, most definitely recommend ?”

“I have an old iPhone 6s that STILL works!! I had a problem with my battery after it charges, after about 11/2 hours it would be drained to read less than 15!! I didn’t have any coverage for my phone AND I knew the Upper Westside Apple Store, would have to send out for it OR try to sell me one of there new phones,,which I didn’t have the money for!! I Googled the information, and it gave me a store that “stocks”, batteries for older iPhones along with other brands!! It was located a few blocks away from where I lived,, so I went. An extremely nice man, named “Juan”, helped me out and the cost was a bit much, BUT I WAS DESPERATE!! After 2 hours I picked up my phone!! It now holds a charge, AND I have a 1Year Limited Warranty, if anything goes wrong after I picked up my phone!! “UBREAKIFIX”, is well worth it!! Thank you, Juan and his coworkers!! I had another issue with my old iPhone 6s when my “MAIL app”, wouldn’t work. I went to back to UBREAKIFIX, since I had wonderful results before. Brian helped me with fixing and gaining access to my MAIL app!! They once again were AWESOME!! Thank you UBREAKIFIX, YOU ROCK!!”

“Well, it took 4 1/2 hours instead of 2, but that's because merely replacing the battery (as prescribed) didn't resolve the problem. So the technicians kept at it and rebuilt the phone more substantially, doing whatever was required to get the phone in good order. While I waited, a stream of customers came and went, many much relieved to have their problems solved. It was very heartening.”
“Maaan! LAPTOP MD IS THE PLACE TO BEEEEEE!!!!!! Kevin is a CHAMP!So my MacBook was giving me major problems. Randomly saving stuff in the background in spite of me rarely saving. One day when preparing to make the new upgrade, my MacBook shut down. It would no longer open.I went to Apple they recommended I go do data recovery at some extremely expensive location with terrible customer service.I hopped online and found LAPTOP MD! YAAAALL, this place is magical! KEVIN kindly listened to all of my concerns and told me immediately a reasonable estimate. I did data recovery and got a new battery for around $500. The other place told me it would be around $1200.LAPTOP MD IS A WINNER! ?KEVIN IS A WINNER! ?”

I went to Cell Phone Geek on Saturday morning to get my damaged phone screen replaced. I tried to get it done at my service provider's location but they were unable to do so. They provided me with the information for Cell Phone Geek and I went straight there to get this done. The salesclerk named Max gave me up to the minute information on the process from shipping it out to be repaired up to the moment I could go into the store and pick up the phone.
