ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”

This was not the case at Bushwick Post.I came here at approximately 11:30am on 8/16/23. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about all of the services and helped me choose the right products that I needed. I was in and out of there in no time.
