The UPS Store in Astoria offers expert packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox services. The staff are really friendly, kind, helpful, and very professional. They provide excellent and amazing customer service, going above and beyond to help. They get each person's job done properly and quickly, even when the line is long. Customers note the service is fast and the staff are super nice, making processes quick and easy. This locally owned store provides great customer service all around.
The staff are really friendly, helped me return my packages in almost no time. I struggled a bit to print my label but Harry made the process quick & easy. Great customer service all around.
