“All in all it's a very nice little store / gas station. It's very easily noticed from the street they have decent low prices. Huge variety of drinks and snacks a whole good variety of your cigarettes and chewing tobacco and of course enough lottery tickets to go around. But I happen to be a little biased though because it's my girlfriend's store. she works at it.”

“We were visiting from FL on our way to the Buffalo Airport. I desperately needed a restroom and no place from Avon to here would let me use their facilities. Imagine my relief when this place was not only friendly to travelers, but spotless too. The cashier thought we were being sarcastic when we thanked him for the use of their restroom. We explained and he couldn’t believe no one was accommodating. So so grateful!!”

“Ordered a roast beef sub and small cheese and pepperoni pizza with half sausage and all onions. Holy smokes. Total was 32 bucks. I know prices have gone up, but omg. The sub had ample roast beef, fresh toppings. The pizza was average. Friendly counter person, but I thought expensive. Could of done china buffet for two for that price. I'm told that's average nowadays.”

“I stopped there for gas. The clerk was very friendly. I ordered pizza logs that were ok. Must have been in the food case for a while as they were tough. Usually they're really delicious. Great place to stop for a quick bite while gassing up. Thank you Crosbys!!!!”

“I don't know what kind it is but they have certain kind of water here that my girlfriend absolutely loves so that's mainly why we stopped here cuz we can't find that water anywhere else. But all in all it's a very good gas station decent prices friendly customer service everything you would hope and expect out of a gas station”

“The Employment Staff is of the Younger Generation of Professional Employees. Courteous & Thoughtful! But the Mobil Gas Station/7-11 Store is a Smaller Store. Prices are a little Expensive for some Products. But one good thing is they take "SNAP BENEFITS" at this location, while on the other hand the Attica, New York 7-11 & Gas Station doesn't accept "SNAP BENEFITS"!”

With me he has always been straight forward. Honestly I'm a worry wart when it comes to odd/weird sounds coming from my car and he concurred lol. Made me feel better.Honestly what happened is my brakes have been squeaking lately and my inspection is due this month. So getting my ducks in a row I'm preparing and expecting to need new brakes. I have drums in rear and disk in front. I get couple estimates for saving purposes. One est was 700.$ the other was 500+. So some couple days later I'm in my car thinking who the heck would be cool enough to just check my brake pads and such (tire as well) and tell me HONESTLY what they thought and boom it hit me, the gentleman out in Varysburgh (Brett) at West's Service station.We chatted for a bit and told me I could bring down when ever I wanted so I went over then. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE dealing w/my car. He is the same guy who helped a yr or 2 back I was having problems with the psi in my dash mount with crazy readings. He reset for FREE. In and out 5 min tops. I had to go back and atleast give him 10$ for lunch. He could have saved me 30$ or nothing yet he was kind enough to stop and do something that took 5 min that's been bothering me for a month. Back to my inspection...I called Brett and he was MORE THAN HAPPY TOO HELP. He told me my brakes had enough on it and the tire shouldn't be a problem either!! HE GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE WHEN I TOOK MY CAR TODAY FOR INSPECTION (Brett gave advice day befor). I was there less than 25 min where I got my inspection done and I still have half life on my brake drum and PASSED INSPECTION. I was stoked...the BEST part of this post is THIS. I asked Brett to give ballpark figure of cost for brakes and tire (if needed). His hallo got bigger and bigger. Go in for rest of story...I WILL SAY THIS....Brett's estimate was at the LOWER end maybe even lower. He gave me an estimate of around 400$ all brakes, plus I asked price match for tires cause Walmart was cheapest I could find 83$ and Brett came in 30$ LESS than that...THEY ARE THE PLACE TO GO EVERYONE. If your not quite struggling but a high car fix will HURT. WESTS SERVICE STATION in Varysburgh, NYUPDATE 8-13Brett giving information that I needed and confidence to go get the inspection done it DID PASS w/half life of brakes in the drum..Thank You Brett !!!!!”
