“Tops is a clean, well stocked store. They always have what I am looking for and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I don't shop anywhere else for my groceries and pets food. They have a large selection of delicious food items that you won't find elsewhere. Highly recommended!”
“It's a decent grocery store. They have giant grapes for sale, and everything's clean. You can take their extra boxes instead of bagging your groceries, which is great when you know you need to move on a budget. The only downside is they don't take Amex. I understand it, but it's rough sometimes.”
“The new owners are a blessing to North Java. They've already made a difference and the whole town is benefitted from it. Everyone loves the food (the turkey sub is next to none), the prices are reasonable and the specials are wonderful. The employees greet you when you walk in and everyone is smiling. It's clean. “They have a lot of things that are to the clearance section that shouldn't be there because they're not 50% off and it's not the customers fault. It's Dollar generals fault. They say that everything that is on clearance is 50% off and that is not true. You should definitely keep a very close eye out on your receipt. It is more trouble than it's worth! And coming from me that is saying a lot because I love saving money. The boss at the Verysburg Dollar General ko (Diana) MOST of the time that we were there SHE WAS ON THE PHONE and the way she talks to her employees and treats the customers like we are trying to cheat them is absolutely horrible. She needs to be brought down a couple notches. If she cannot trade her staff well then I do not trust her with treating me well.”
