The app has been undergoing maintenance for so long and I can’t login to the website and I have bills that are due today that I can’t miss. I wish they could have done all of this at midnight with the app, it’s causing stress and frustration on my end. It seems like I run into problems with the app every few months

I went to this bank with a simple ask: exchange $100 in twenties for $50 in ones and the rest in fives. I was turned away from making an exchange because I do not have a bank account with them. Now I never will in the future! Might want to examine this ridiculous rule.
