“All I can say is...WOW! This is, by far, the most incredibly positive experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I just stopped by to see what they could do for me at a future date. Instead, without an appointment, they immediately took my car and fixed two problems with it, in an extremely timely manner. And they did it FREE OF CHARGE. How often do you here of a company being so kind to a new customer. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, and everyone had a smile and a friendly "Hello" for me. They fixed my problems in record time, and were extremely courteous. If I were to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 20! You really need to utilize this company. I can not say enough good things about them.”

“This is the second time that my wife has brought a car to Deiana’s Custom Collision. The first time, she had a 15-year-old car that has now been replaced by a newer model. While adjusting to the newer, larger car, she scraped the front and slightly dislocated a front panel. After showing the damage to Steve, he scheduled an appointment for the following week. Since we live a half hour away, he said that she could wait while the work was being done, eliminating the need for a second trip. The car looks like new again and we couldn’t be more pleased! There are numerous body shops closer to our home, but the trip to Deiana's was well worth it, taking into account the workmanship and consideration we were shown.”

“I couldn't be happier with the work that Brian, Sam and the rest of the team did for my vehicle.
I was side swiped by an 18 wheeler and received extensive damage to my car, including issues with suspension, wheel alignment, and aesthetic work. Brian and Sam took care of just about everything, from working with the insurance company, to answering any questions I had. They also kept me in the loop of everything and called me at least twice a week to update me on the status of my car. The car was returned looking brand new and I have nothing but great things to say about the overall experience.
Although I hope to not have to use them any time soon, I will be sure to work with B&B for any future auto body work.”
“My car's engine light came on and AML was able to fit me in that same afternoon. By the next afternoon, it was diagnosed and fixed plus I received info to avoid the same mishap again. All personnel there are polite, friendly and skilled. Even the drivers who brought me home and back again are the nicest guys. “Got into my car and it wouldn’t start. Tons of odd messages on the dashboard. Called AAA who sent Putnam Collision Center. This has to be one the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. They arrived within 20 mins of me putting in a call to AAA. I was greeted by a young man who was personable, friendly and professional. He was polite, explained everything to me about what he was going to check and what would happen depending on the outcome of the diagnostics. He informed me that the battery (original, 6 yrs old) in my car was indeed dead and not holding a charge. I agreed to purchase a new battery that he had brought with him. He removed the old battery and put it in the new one. Again, all while he is doing this he is talking to me and explaining everything. He was done in 10-15 mins. He explained what I should expect with the dashboard readings and my radio by replacing the battery until the computer resets itself. And everything he said happened. This young man deserves a HUGE raise and I hope he is VALUED for his work ethic . He was wonderful. A nice surprise given the disappointing experiences of Customer Service today. I highly recommend this company. Hoping all of their employees are like this one. He is a gem!!!”

They kept me informed throughout the process and the truck looks incredible- brand new. They repaired what I considered to be unfixable- all with original dealer parts. “IFM made the entire process very easy. I was contacted within a day of filing the claim with my insurance company, and the inspection was done within a day. IFM arranged for a rental for me the day of the inspection, and called the rental agency to come and pick me up. I received an estimate two days later along with the approximate date the repairs would be done. I received regular updates, and my car was ready the exact date they had told me. IFM even processed the return of my rental when I picked up my car. Staff did a great job, took care of all the paperwork and my car looks brand new again!”

“Steve, Oscar & Marco put in a new turbo, intake, struts , control arms, sway bar links, bushing & more just on my suspension. Looks wise came out like my dream he heard my vision and did not fail. Got 20 % tints all around 5 on back & now 5 sun strip. He installed my dash cam ( can’t see any wires) & added a subwoofer plus amp that sounds amazing & fits my needs just right. Very very fair with price & makes sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend for anything you need done . ( those are before and after pictures) He even fixed my Disaster I did putting my spoiler on”
