“I stop by about a month ago to inquire about availability, I met Karen and Jean.There was nothing available for the size I needed.This past Monday Jean called me to say a unit was available.
I went over there and Jean showed me around and the unit ..She was very sweet and very helpful and explained everything I needed to know plus..I will be fully moved in by the end of the month.
Karen and Jean are very nice and keep a very clean facility..”

I also felt safe and comfortable, which is notable when going into a large empty space alone. Staff were also helpful whenever I had questions or needed help (eg I forgot my access code). “Had a problem getting in my storage on Saturday after store hours. I called and was on hold for over 30 min. I called on Sunday and the gentleman stated it would be better if I come in for him to help me he is new and not sure of why I cannot get in. He did tell me he was going to look at the storage to ensure their was no problem and he called me back. I went in and lol it was a simple problem I had to wake it up first for it to come online.
I am so sorry I don't remember his name he worked Sat and Sunday 10/20 or 21.”
