“I can't say enough good things about NorthSide Collision's Baldwinsville location. Kevin Drumm took the lead on this project and I was kept informed of the process every step of the way. As you can see from the photos, the damage was extensive and they put the truck back together as if it never happened. I scrutinized the truck, in the shade, in the sun, and the paint color match was perfect. And I had the truck back in 5 weeks. Amazing! All I can say is there is no other place to have your vehicle repaired. Even Chevrolet themselves couldn't match this. Great job guys, thank you for bringing my beautiful truck back!!”
“I had an issue with my passenger rear/side view mirror. I called them the day before Thanksgiving. Steve kindly told me to come in and he’d take a look at it. I was there for maybe 5-10 minutes while he fixed it for me. Another customer was there while I was there. He was great with him, too. The KINDEST man, it felt like those he interacted with seemed like family. I’ll definitely go back if/whenever I need to. Highly recommend!”
“The staff here were fantastic! They were extremely communicative and kept you updated every step of the way about your car. I love them. 10/10 would go here if I get in another car crash. Greg was the best!”
“Ninos collision is awesome. They have done 5 different cars for me. I completely trust them to get the job done right. The staff is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. They're great people and they do fantastic work. You wouldn't be disappointed by choosing Ninos for your next repair job.”
