The staff was extremely professional, honest, and thorough, and the quality of their work was excellent. What really stood out to me was how they handled an unexpected issue. My car battery ended up dying, and they took responsibility for the situation and went above and beyond by covering the cost of a new battery and having it installed.
It’s rare to find a business that genuinely stands behind its work and takes care of its customers like this. I truly appreciate the professionalism, quality of work, and exceptional customer service I received.

I have had several cars that I wanted to get ceramic coating, but I never did because I was nervous and not sure if it was worth it. Ben was very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions/concerns. His detailing shop is also very nice which gave me comfort leaving my vehicle there for a few days. What an awesome place. Took great care of my dad's car. When he got it back it looked almost new- not only was the damage from the accident taken care of beautifully but a bunch of chips from doors being slammed into the sides were touched up and I think they even detailed the car. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any body work.”
“Safelite was fast, thorough, turned a quarter-sized divot in my windshield to the tiniest bug smear. I drove to Safelite and got there early and they even took me in. I don’t have enough good to say for how they treated me, other than thank you”

“We had an excellent experience with Victoria and the entire Burdick Hyundai team. My family and I PCSd from Korea to Fort Drum this summer, and the day we arrived in Syracuse, we went straight from the airport to the dealership needing a vehicle.
Victoria made what could have been a stressful day incredibly easy. She was professional, friendly, patient, and made sure we found exactly what we wanted—a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited. From walking into the dealership with our luggage to driving away in our new vehicle, the entire process took about three hours, and we were on our way to Watertown.

“I had an issue with my passenger rear/side view mirror. I called them the day before Thanksgiving. Steve kindly told me to come in and he’d take a look at it. I was there for maybe 5-10 minutes while he fixed it for me. Another customer was there while I was there. He was great with him, too. The KINDEST man, it felt like those he interacted with seemed like family. I’ll definitely go back if/whenever I need to. Highly recommend!”

“The first time I went to Grace Autobody was because I had a red hat with white lettering that read, “ Relax, idiots it’s just a hat” on my dashboard. Well, that little stunt cost me a five long, deep embedded scratch across my tailgate of my beautiful Toyota Tundra CrewMax. I went to a couple shop and I was shocked how much they wanted. One of those shops sent me to Grace Autobody and I’m glad they did. I drive for Uber and people keep hitting me and every time I bring it to Grace auto body, Gonna rainthey’re such a pleasure to work with. They take care of everything for you including insurance and they carefully explain aftermarket parts verses OEM parts, etc. I detect nothing but honesty out of this shop, because it’s female owned, but I digress.
