“I received an email early morning of the delivery informing me that the delivery people were coming to me sometime soon. About 30 minutes later I received a text saying that the truck with my new chair will be at my apartment in 11 minutes. When the two delivery people arrived and I opened the door, one walked straight into the apartment and kept walking away from me before I had the chance to tell him which room the chair needed to be placed. The other man stood next to me by the door until I closed it behind him. I know the first man was looking to make sure the "route or path" to bring the wide chair in was clear for them, but I didn't like that he just walked right in and checked out my whole apartment before I could tell him where to go! I understand they have a schedule, but I feel he should have waited next to me so that I could give direction before taking off without me. They determined the path was clear and brought my chair, which was in two parts, into my sitting room. They worked pretty quickly to set up the chair, plug it in, as it is a power recliner, and make sure that it was working. The "leader" then informed me about the clearance needed from the wall and how to scan the code from the attached tags so that my smartphone could be the wireless remote for the chair. Both men were kind to me.”

“Very good display of poly wood furniture. You are able to order the furniture in many colors with a few weeks' lead time. We're not shopping for plants or other gardening supplies. But they seemed to have a good selection of plants, and you have the ability to get mulch and top soil by the truck load. I think they deliver also, but call and check. Would shop here again.”

“Our experience with Bright Furniture was very, very good. We quickly needed a replacement for a broken boxspring. We found it at Bright Furniture and Mattress and not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly but the prices were fair and the item in stock . Until later, when the store was about to close did I realize I had made a mistake and had bought the wrong size! I quickly contacted the store and once again found their assistance friendly, she was willing, so close to store closing, to swap for the proper size. I was treated respectfully and very much appreciated the awesome customer service. We will shop there again.”

“This location would be considered my "local" Target store. My wife and I visit here frequently to get baby food for our son. We have found that they have the best deals when it comes to pricing on baby formula and diapers. The main reason for this being that they offer "buy 2 or 3 and get $X gift card" type scenarios on all the products we buy on a fairly regular basis. The staff here is always very helpful and the managers are equally helpful. We had a situation one time where the store was continually out of the formula we buy. We alerted the manager of this issue and she not only gave us non-expiring coupons toward anything in the store, but she also put in a request for the store to be able to have more of the product on hand at any given time so that we wouldn't run into the issue again. We came into the store and sure enough, there were 4 formulas available :) Good job Target.”

“Well, my recliner bit the dust. Checked out big furniture stores in Onondaga County. To order, it was weeks/ months out! Happen to see ad for Waldrons, they had a nice selection of recliners available. You can buy same day or , I assume I could’ve ordered something if I wanted. Made in USA too. Free delivery and bonus, they took old recliner away. Very nice people to work with. Pricing was comparable to other places I checked too. Took delivery within a couple days. Chair is great, experience was great. Glad to find this Oswego County small business. I would recommend checking out Waldrons.”

“I hate to shop, period. Especially at that supermarket that rhymes with Pegmans. Target is the exception. Their pantry is surprisingly comprehensive, well stocked & has many selections the other guys don't bother with, (Ben & Jerry's Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream, Rana pastas, Mio Orange Vanilla, and so much more). They don't force you to buy their store brand. Target is always white, clean & neat with a friendly atmosphere. Pantry prices can be a bit higher but it's worth it to me simply to be in a place that appreciates my business. "Pegmans" seems to expect it.”

She is a pleasure to talk with, having much knowledge and being I can talk forever, time could easily vanish in conversation with her.I cannot say enough about my experience.
