“I’ve been to this specific store multiple times for a variety of reasons. It was never the best experience. However, My recent experience with Kyle and Baile was amazing. I was upgrading my phone and they made the process extremely easy and worry free, especially under the unfortunate circumstance of the internet being down when I got there. Baile was very transparent and great at her job. No pushy sales tactics or dancing around my questions. Kyle and I chatted for a while and even put on some march madness while the internet was down. Those two have completely turned this specific store experience around. I look forward to working with them again, if something ever happens.”

The Manager, Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable, very direct, and was able to not only answer all my questions, but relieve the frustration I experienced online.

“I am so happy I called this T-Mobile and got helped by Sarah. She is attentive, fast and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in about 90 minutes.(Very fast time compared to the 4 hours I spent at a previous t-mobile that day and got nothing accomplished)Sarah made sure everything got transferred over. Made sure my phone was set up accurately. Even gave me suggestions for thing I can do later on with my plan. She broke down all of the benefits of my plan and answered every question I had. “I had such a great experience at the Camillus AT&T store today and wanted to give a big shoutout to Ryan and Ashley.
Ashley was absolutely amazing—she was helping me while also juggling two other customers at the same time, all on her own, and still managed to keep everything running smoothly. She was patient, efficient, and incredibly kind the entire time.
When Ryan arrived, he immediately jumped in to support her and helped me finish setting up my new phone. He was just as friendly and helpful, and together they made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Out of all my years with AT&T, this was by far my best experience. Ryan and Ashley are hands down my favorite employees I’ve ever worked with. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to the Camillus store whenever I need help or have questions.
