Update: I received the mattress two days ago and I absolutely LOVE IT!! I had a tempurpedic and I would sweat in my sleep all the time, plus it was way too firm for my back and body. The new mattress I haven’t overheated nor had any body aches in the last two nights. Plus it’s so comfortable to just watch tv in! I’m so satisfied with both my purchases!!”

“A friend of mine wanted to help me with couch shopping and suggested we check out LoveSac, and I'm very happy that we did! I was entirely unfamiliar with Sactionals, but Shefey did a fantastic job explaining all the features and answering my many questions. “In December we bought two couches couple in tables and recliner and a loveseat our salesperson was Marie we felt she went out of our way to find us a matching couch and end tables we got it the week before Christmas moved into our new home it was perfect and then we had a little problem with the couch squeaking and the recliner making a kind of an odd noise I called the store it was quickly taken care of they ordered us a new couch and another recliner no questions asked I thought they would just repair it you can't get any better service than that.I own the business for 35 years customer service was always the name of the game I would recommend these folks to anybody”

“Long post alert but so worth the read!!!
Today, I was asked to go furniture shopping with my sister. She said that she had visited a store (Dunk & Bright) 2 weeks ago and wanted to go back to make the purchase for a few items that she had seen previously. She intended to do financing since they have the option to do 12 or 16 months interest free.
When we first arrived at the store we were met at the door with a smile by a well dressed store associate by the name of Tailor. I complimented her attire and we laughed a bit, she was very personable, cute, and down to earth! She took us to the set that my sister said she was interested in and then left us to look around and decide. When we were ready she took us over to do the application for financing all while offering coffee, water, and tea. They discussed delivery options and she said that there would be a fee if they brought it into the home so I told my sister of another place that I bought furniture from recently that does free delivery. Tailor went to get the owner JOE BRIGHT who happened to be in store today. He worked out the delivery for her and she was satisfied so they went ahead with the application. For some odd reason the application declined. My sister's credit score is almost 700, she has no debt, no collections, and doesn't owe anything on her credit card but nonetheless it declined. They had a second financing option that also declined. So then the owner offered layaway but my sister wasn't interested in it. The owner, Joe, sat there for a second and said you know what? I'll do in house financing for you. He asked her how much would she be able to put down and then he would stretch out her payment for the next 12 months interest free. The reason why this is so important is because this is not usually an option.
We are believers and followers of Jesus Christ. I truly believe that His favor chased my sister down today. God will meet you anywhere and today He chose to meet us at a furniture store that sits in South Town plaza that once buzzed with business but is now very desolate. He reminded my sister that if you just have faith as small as a mustard seed, it doesn't matter what it looks like, it doesn't matter what it feels like in that moment He can and will show up for you.
This is the type of business that I wouldn't mind spending my money in. The owner himself is humble enough to come out, roll up his sleeves, and serve his customers!!!!!
The experience today was a 10/10
If you plan to buy furniture and are on the fence because you've never heard of this place.... TRUST ME... GO THERE!!!!!

It seems like everyone knows where everything is, too! One of my favorite stores in the area, I highly recommend this location!”

“I just discovered Jacobsen Rugs today, and they are amazing! I was looking for a small rug for my office, and I found the most beautiful, unique rug. The employees went above and beyond to help me pick it out, wrap it, and tell me about the amazing history and craftsmanship behind the rugs and the store. “You can always depend on the local company!! We have an office in TX that does most of our graphic work and ordering. We recently needed some print materials for a presentation here in Syracuse, when the "national" company couldn't get us the work on time and it was stuck in transit, Just the Right Stuff came in just in time!! They were able to turn our order around in no time. I called, immediately got a receptionist, not a recording, explained our situation and that we were desperate and they said no problem!! Our marketing and outreach teams are so appreciative and glad we don't have to show up empty-handed at our presentation!”

“I just saw these guys out driving around and it reminded me of how many job sites I would see their installation crew at. In a previous career I would see their crew installing on college campuses and business offices and they were the nicest guys on the job sites. “Pottery Barn is one of my favorite stores! I stop in every visit to Destiny! Their displays are always interior decor perfection and amazing quality! I always have a few things on my list of must have's! Holiday decor is my favorite, unfortunately not much Easter this visit but plenty of Spring decor! Halloween and Christmas are my favorites to shop at PB, and amazing for gifts! Staff is always pleasant and attentive if needed. I would love to decorate my entire apartment in PB! Unfortunately at the current prices, even with sales that is impossible! I wish furniture was more affordable, but maybe that is the Ideal. Not everyone can afford it, or have PB... I'll continue to save my pennies and return for must have's! Can't wait to see 2026 Holiday season!”
