We have had increases but so has every other commodity in our world… Steve has always been very kind and accommodating with any issues or problems and never left me hanging with issues that I didn’t understand or agree with… he’s been a good problem solver! I will continue to to rent space here until I buy a different home with a giant pole barn!!?”

“Hands down the easiest processes we went through this entire move. Will was great and really easy to work.
My wife can be a bit much with wanting to see everything in person and make sure she getting the best deal. Will was more than accommodating when showing us not only every unit they had but the difference between the two facilities he oversees.
My wife had done some shopping and found exrta space storage who online had AMAZING prices but not so good reviews. That when when stumbled apon averdi self storage and EVERY review mentioned Will by name. Not one that was negative.
We asked why the prices seemed so much lower at extra space. In a very professional way explained that its not always what it seems and stated although he doesnt have personal experience with them. He did have upward of 50 current customer who could tell them just way the grass isn't always greener across the way! Basiclly that promotional price is just that and than there's no telling what your monthly rate would be. Ihe recommended that we didnt just take his word on it and ask to see there contract and that in the end the price you see is not the price you pay! We did just that and feel as if we dodge a bullet and came back that day to leave the unit with will.
Since we had spoken earlier in the day he had everything ready to go and we where all done in 10 mins tops! They also toss a bramd new lock in with it. Thank you Will and A-Verdi!

P.s the U-haul tried to charge me 25 bucks for the dolly and will had seen is struggling back and forth and like a superhero he came out with one for us to us! Offered him 10 bucks and he said not to worry and that it has paid for itself 100 times over.
