There mobile platform Literally two or three clicks, and I had a storage unit waiting for me with the Lock . And was moving same day at 9 pm on a Sunday . They also allow you to use your own insurance which saved me a few bucks. We are from the west coast and our daughter is at SU. Needed a storage unit for the summer. They could not have been more accommodating. Easy to set up and then when we moved out I forgot to call them to let them know and they called my 2 days later to say they found our unit unlocked and empty and wanted to confirm they should close it out. Amazing!
We have rented units a for our boys at their respective schools and they were both much more challenging.

“Only been one month ( not even). The second time we went to the unit the outside door #3 wasn't working but we were able to go through #2 and walk over. But over all booking it and accessing the unit was easy and directions were very clear. I would recommend the units there”

“I have rented on and off from this location for years but today was customer service that was over the top. I am leaving tomorrow for a cross country move and had a trailer reserved. There appeared to be a problem with the reservation (I booked the wrong trailer) - they made sure I got the right trailer, then my wiring wasn't connecting properly - and they helped get the fuse replaced. Moving is hard, and I am stressed - but they were ALL very kind, very helpful and even - with a smile - told me to take a breath and drive safely. Such a huge kindness at a moment when I am just feeling pulled in all directions - I am very grateful.”
