“I made the very unfortunate mistake of going to another nearby mattress store that took my money, never delivered the order, and then closed all of their local businesses with little notice and no communication to customers with open orders. My experience at Mattress Firm was the opposite of this - I wish I had come here in the first place!
During my visit to Mattress Firm I worked with Bob. He was kind and helpful in finding me what I needed and he even measured the mattress and box spring for me so that I'd be sure I was getting what would work best (was working with a kid's car bed, so measurements were specific). Once I settled on what I needed, I was able to pay and have delivery scheduled for less than a week later. The delivery process was smooth and communication was clear throughout the entire process. I also felt that the delivery fee was extremely fair and I really liked that there was an option to have an old mattresses taken away, though this is a service I did not need. Overall, I am super happy with both my in-store and delivery experience and would definitely recommend Mattress Firm (and by extension, Bob).”

My only persistent complaint is that self- checkout has closed at 7pm for months now, but there often is just 1 lane open for the remainder of the night, which can be a busy time.”

“Really cool place. This has higher end consignment. Many cool things for your house. No clothes, strictly furniture and accessories for the house. The place has a lot in it. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Prices are a little high, but the quality seemed pretty good.”

“I am a returning customer of Islander. My first spa from Islander lasted 19 years. I was very happy with the spa. I meet Ken Durkee in the Balston Spa store this year. Ken's customer service has been outstanding. I have always been happy with the Islander Hotsprings product line, now the service side of Islander matches its product. Ken returns phone calls before I can put my phone down. He has returned all text messages (many of these calls on his "Out of Office Hours") on spa setup, spa chemistry, and even loaned me his moving sliders to move my planters on my deck. I recommend him without reservation. Ken is personable, motivated, and pleasure to work with on any Islander Spa.”
