“Traveled to Batavia from Atlanta, GA. Our exhaust system went out on our trip, and Ken Barrett’s service department took us in 1st thing on a Monday morning and fixed our 2023 Chevy Traverse under our warranty, no problem. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Would recommend this dealers service department, they were courteous and very easy to work with!”

“Heater hose broke on me traveling through ny and left me stranded with coolant everywhere. Luckily brain and Jimmie at permenter auto was available to help me out. They were fully booked for the day but understood my situation and helped me out anyways. They got me on the road asap no more then 1 hr with them. Very happy with there service and would recommend them 100%”
“I hit a metal object on the thruway. Was in a total panic since I was far from home and a check engine light came on. They were able to check the car for me (late on a Friday), and reassured me that the car would not break down on the trip home. Once the part came in they were able to get the car all fixed up.”

“A big thank you to Select Collision in Batavia. I can't recommend their services enough. When a deer wanted to play racecars and try to bump me off the road I took my truck to Select. They went above and beyond and my vehicle came back perfect like it was brand new off the lot. They even cleaned the interior. There was a hickup with a door hinge and a bolt but they were super quick to schedule and complete the fix with no issues or delays.
God forbid I hit something else, but I'll be bringing my vehicles to Select.
I am just sorry for the mechanic who brought my car around with that song on my radio. I was playing my coworkers ringtone on Spotify 🫣.”

“When other auto parts stores in the area couldn’t find the correct carrier bearing for my Ranger, I stopped in and they really did some digging, found the right one and got it for me the next day! I’ve been back a few times for other parts and it’s either in stock, there by afternoon or the very next day! These guys (and girls) are great to work with!”
“Was driving down route 90 and realized I forgot to torque my lug nuts down after some recent work. The front left wheel was making a nasty noise. I limped the car into this AutoZone and asked to borrow some tools to tighten them up. The associate (forgot to get his name) was happy to help, and got me the tools I needed. He even came out to the parking lot to offer assistance! I am extremely appreciative of his help, and was able to avoid a very serious problem! Car is driving great again, and I couldn't be happier.
