The very friendly staff here suggested we try to look up if it was under warranty. I didn't have a receipt or anything but they were able to call the store that I bought it at and I got a new wiper for free because it was still under warranty. They went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it!”

When the work was completed, the final price was slightly higher than the quote. Without asking, she adjusted the price down to match the quote that was given. I have always received good service at a reasonable price, and the staff are courteous and friendly. I will continue to buy and service my vehicle at Barrett/chevy.”
