Our exhaust system went out on our trip, and Ken Barrett’s service department took us in 1st thing on a Monday morning and fixed our 2023 Chevy Traverse under our warranty, no problem. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Would recommend this dealers service department, they were courteous and very easy to work with!”

“This location looks so rundown and old. The lighting is dark and yellowed, flooring is pretty damaged, etc. Staff was able to get us product to fit our needs, but what we actually came in for was either out of stock or not sold from that location. Definitely prefer Albion location, but Batavia works if you’re in a pinch like we were.”
