“This past Sunday November 19th 2023 I had to go into the Verizon store to ask about my screen I was so worried it was cracked. I met with Mark the store manager who looked at my phone & was beyond nice explaining & showing me that it was just the screen saver that had cracked. He was extremely calming & easy to work with He asked another worker named Jonathan to go get a new screen saver & put it on my phone & with in minutes my I phone was back to perfect & Mark again was such a pleasure to talk with & work with.
