However the most important attribute that convinced me to buy this bed is his endearing caring quality. He first took the time to talk to me by the phone for some time. Then I came a couple of days later and he remembered me and he spent so much time to discuss my family's needs. He treated me like we were family. I wanted a more supportive bedframe for the mattress I had bought there last year, and they suggested that instead of spending money I did not need to spend, they could just put an additional support bar on the frame that exists. Worked like a charm! Bed feels so much better now and I feel much more secure that it's being supported properly. I always like to shop local, if possible, and stores like this, are the reason to do that! Customer Service is obviously very important to them, and very much appreciated by the customer!”

I was discouraged by the attitude and approaches of sales persons in some stores including yours and/or the limited sales options of some. I last visited your co-op city store and was welcomed by Mr. Roberto Binas whose professional courteous approach encouraged me to ask questions and tried out mattresses. His knowledge and expertise was evident in the manner in which he answered all my questions without insulting my intelligence as others in other stores had. He was also not pushy and proposed options in my decision making process . His patience allowed me to make a final decision and I was particularly very pleased to communicate with a Latine person and switch back and forth between Eng/Span/ Spanglish, which demonstrated his cultural competence/ sensitivity. “Amazing experience.Sam Choi helped me and he was patient and helpful. I got old and started to get back pain from crappy mattresses. Been eyeing on Purple mattress but after I tried on a whole bunch of mattresses at Mattress firm, found something else that I liked more. Item was on sale. Tried massager reclining bed base and it was life changing! Had to get both. Set up delivery and delivery was on time and set up the bed quickly. Seamless. I'm very happy with the service and would find Sam again when I need another bed. I'd probably get another massaging zero gravity bed base and mattress in bigger size soon.”
