“Amazing selection, and even better service! This is my new go-to for furniture in Queens. High quality inventory, reasonable prices, and customer service that goes above & beyond. When my new couch arrived in the early evening on a Saturday and wouldn't fit through the door, they had a technician over in 30 minutes to expertly take it apart, get it in, and then reassemble like new. Seriously, these guys are great! They earn your business.”

“This is an amazing business that I recommend to anybody who needs a high-end office chair. Alfred the owner only sells pieces which are either new, or in pristine condition. He is in fact an expert on these chairs. I recommend to get in touch with him before you pay retail and wait 12 weeks or more for a chair. You may be able to find what you’re looking for the very same day like I did.”

    4.7 Superb 49 reviews

“Bob came to do an estimate at my late parents' home as there are a number of Victorian antiques. From start to finish, he proved to be an exceptional person to deal with. Ironically, I say this despite him not buying anything from me! He was honest and helpful. And if that weren't enough, he helped get a baby squirrel out while he was there!! He was a refreshing difference from other antique dealers who were frankly rude on the phone.”

    4.1 Good 213 reviews

“I absolutely love this HomeGoods! The employees are incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. I shop here at least once a week, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the customer service. Claudia is truly top-notch! She is professional, thoughtful, and always keeps her word. She remembered that I was looking for specific storage boxes and let me know when new ones arrived. When I came back the next day, she had pulled out the most gorgeous storage boxes I've ever seen at the Bayside HomeGoods. She went above and beyond by showing me all the new arrivals, and I ended up buying every one she recommended! When I got home, I was so excited to organize everything. The storage boxes fit all of my pants and shirts perfectly and made everything look so neat and beautiful. This is hands down the BEST HomeGoods in Bayside! The team truly cares about their customers and knows their inventory better than any other HomeGoods I've visited. Thank you to Claudia and the entire HomeGoods team for always taking such great care of your customers. I'll definitely keep coming back for all the unique and amazing finds! 😊”

“PSA announcement there is a new Target that just opened up in Brooklyn NY Kings Plaza mall where Sears use to be and if you know me personally let me tell you I love me a Target and I was there opening day which I believe was August 19th :) I was definitely all smiles, especially seeing that it was three floors of lusciousness. I couldn't help but pick up a few items especially in the food section. The price range is the same. I am a big foodie lol. So if you haven't been to Kings Plaza in awhile, check them out and go into Target. You'll love it just like I do. Happy shopping :)”

166-33 Jamaica Ave, Queens NY 11432

    3.2 Average 25 reviews

“I went on July 02-2023 to purchase a bedroom set, living room set, and dining room set. The manager/owner was very respectful and patient with me he even gave me a full run down of their 3rd party financing company (which most furniture stores don’t give) which was very helpful on my end. He explained everything from how much interest they take and how long I have to pay with no interest to helping me call the finance company to adjust payment. With regard to delivery they were pretty much on point other than the fact they delivered a day after scheduled which is understandable because most companies close on July 4 so everything was backed up. I really recommend this furniture store not only for its precise quality, timing, but also for its very cheap price that will beat every furniture store in queens!!!!”

“Took a jaunt via MTA to Target and picked up a few things... Thank You, Dennis B for your help with the stapler, today... especially considering my vision issues, aside from 3 customer service individuals pretty much kinda just either being too busy to help, although not many customers in the area, one young woman seemingly not knowing what I requested was apparently, the 2 other young men not bothering to, as I told them of my sight issues, help me anyway.... Again Thank You, Dennis B for the help... The only other thing is Target's continued rising prices... Yeah, I get the nowadays crazy crap chaos financially, just... sigh... Our pockets, unless you've already got it like that, be hurting much... Be Well!!!”
