“I absolutely love this HomeGoods! The employees are incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. I shop here at least once a week, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the customer service.
Claudia is truly top-notch! She is professional, thoughtful, and always keeps her word. She remembered that I was looking for specific storage boxes and let me know when new ones arrived. When I came back the next day, she had pulled out the most gorgeous storage boxes I've ever seen at the Bayside HomeGoods. She went above and beyond by showing me all the new arrivals, and I ended up buying every one she recommended!
When I got home, I was so excited to organize everything. The storage boxes fit all of my pants and shirts perfectly and made everything look so neat and beautiful.
This is hands down the BEST HomeGoods in Bayside! The team truly cares about their customers and knows their inventory better than any other HomeGoods I've visited. “Bob came to do an estimate at my late parents' home as there are a number of Victorian antiques. From start to finish, he proved to be an exceptional person to deal with. Ironically, I say this despite him not buying anything from me! He was honest and helpful. And if that weren't enough, he helped get a baby squirrel out while he was there!! He was a refreshing difference from other antique dealers who were frankly rude on the phone.”

“PSA announcement there is a new Target that just opened up in Brooklyn NY Kings Plaza mall where Sears use to be and if you know me personally let me tell you I love me a Target and I was there opening day which I believe was August 19th :) I was definitely all smiles, especially seeing that it was three floors of lusciousness. I couldn't help but pick up a few items especially in the food section. The price range is the same. I am a big foodie lol. So if you haven't been to Kings Plaza in awhile, check them out and go into Target. You'll love it just like I do. Happy shopping :)”

“I went on July 02-2023 to purchase a bedroom set, living room set, and dining room set. The manager/owner was very respectful and patient with me he even gave me a full run down of their 3rd party financing company (which most furniture stores don’t give) which was very helpful on my end. He explained everything from how much interest they take and how long I have to pay with no interest to helping me call the finance company to adjust payment. With regard to delivery they were pretty much on point other than the fact they delivered a day after scheduled which is understandable because most companies close on July 4 so everything was backed up. I really recommend this furniture store not only for its precise quality, timing, but also for its very cheap price that will beat every furniture store in queens!!!!”

Having used a desk of their I can guarantee the products are well built and durable. Their standing desks are super sturdy and extremely spacious. I would definitely recommend it”
“Target is always my go to place for either grocery or household goods. This location is a little busy but you can find what you need. Staff is friendly & helpful. Prices are what you would expect for the area. There's adequate self check out lanes & customer service to help with your questions/issues. I would visit again for sure.”

“I ordered a seasonal and a bed from them and it was exactly what I saw on the picture. They gave me an estimated time for delivery and they actually arrived at the scheduled time. I have nothing negative to say about them. Elizabeth and Martha treat their customers with respect and dedication. One thing I would recommend you guys is to fix the phone system. It is very hard to get in contact with you guys, but not impossible. Also, thanks to the delivery guys for assembling my bed and couch :).”
