“Western charged double what we were quoted at time of check out. The room was filthy and the building as a whole is in disrepair. When communicating with the front desk they were rude when we asked for towels/blankets. The pictures are not an accurate reflection of the rooms. I would avoid if you want Best Westerns quality.”

“We had a very comfortable stay here. All staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. They even gave us a sympathy card when they learned we were there for a funeral which even made us appreciate the care and service especially Donisha who always checked on us whenever she sees us. Good to know at times like this there's still empathy from others that makes you feel better.”

“Very comfortable and luxurious. Snack bar on offer 24/7, lovely continental breakfast (try the almond croissant!) and friendly, caring hosts. We visited when it was raining, but plan to return in nicer weather. The water views are fabulous! Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful antique style hotel. The doormen are all so nice. I was always greeted upon entering the hotel. The rooms are so comfy. I appreciated the robe and slippers since I’m never a fan of walking on the floors of hotels. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Great hotel, and typical of the brand. No surprises. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location I have 4/5… it’s LGA airport. If you need an airport hotel it’s great. Otherwise you are middle of nowhere.”

“Perfectly clean & simple yet beautiful rooms. The staff is very welcoming and kind, and the entire hotel is nicely quiet inside. Will stay here only from now on.Location is excellent for shopping and access to 7 train. Streets are busy of course but if you drive there, you can park in the nearby Tangram garage, which I found to be very affordable.”

“This hotel, which is located on the grounds of JFK Airport is an actual piece of nostalgia from the golden age of flight. Beyond the convenience of being able to access the other terminals, the displays, the buildings and history that is all in one place is truly amazing. If you lived during the time of history when TWA was in operation or just have heard stories of that time, make a stay here a part of your travel plans.”

“We had a great stay here! Our room was clean and warm ( we've often walked into other rooms with the heater off). Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I was using Wyndham rewards points, which hotels often don't really appreciate. We were just passing through (arrived late) but would have loved to try some of the nearby restaurants. Short walk from the train station. Good breakfast options.”

“Front desk people were very friendly and helpful The rooms were very clean and spacious, A/C a little weak but it was February so just opened the window to cool down and then perfect just 30 second walk to all that china town has to offer. Main Street Flushing subway entrance about 3-4 minute walk. Not too far from airportsNearby activities: New York best china town just steps awayWalkability: Close to so many great Chinese restaurants and markets”

“Front office staff is very friendly. Aneli and Jessica are well trained in handling customers concerns! They are very friendly and are doing a great job. Hotel is fairly new and very modern. It's easy commute to Manhattan it takes about an hour to reach time square. It's worth it for the price and you can stay at a hotel which is not a shoe box.Hotel is surrounded by Chinese community and offers great options to eat.”

“Renovated, clean and cozy rooms. The beds are comfy. Sheets and pillows are white as snow. House keeping staff is very nice. Hot breakfast in mornings.TVs like any other hotels are very bright. Cannot reduce the brightness, we asked for universal remote to see if it could help but they didn't have it. Also during our stay 1 elevator didn't work and the second one had too much of wait times.”

“The price was right. The room was clean however you could see it's age. The bathroom floors and walls were nice marble but the tub was older and didn't match well. The carpets do need to get replaced due to stains but once again it was clean. It was a place to sleep. I would visit again only if the price was right.I would also like to add there was free parking for this location when I went. Was just checking hotels again for flushing area and this hotel would still be my go to. Price is reasonable and clean.”

“Hotel seems a little dated, but the place was very clean, the staff was pleasant and quick in response. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a great night's sleep. Pillows are too soft but o had 4 so I used them all and to top it off their FREE breakfast was very ”

“My parents stayed here when everyone else was 20 mins away because it was the only hotel that did not allow pets. They had to switch rooms but the second was great. No pool and the fireplace is only for certain members which is really lame. You might miss the turn into the hotel the first time you drive there because the map might direct you wrong and it's not intuitive. The lobby and the hotel itself are beautiful.”

“We stayed at the hotel because of a delayed flight. We were able to catch the shuttle from and to the airport which is convenient. You can walk but I wouldn’t recommend, not very walking friendly. The room did get warm and we had to open the window because we couldn’t get the temperature down.I gave service 2 stars because I needed a toothbrush brought up to the room and they said they were too busy to bring one up.Walkability: Not as walkable to LGA as I was expected. Using the shuttle is a must.”

“An excellent airport hotel for a one night stay. The room was comfy, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good (a typical Hampton Inn spread!)The area appears safe and quiet, although there isn't much in the way of restaurants or bars nearbyBe sure to plan for the free hotel shuttle pickup and drop off. The shuttle bus picks up from the Federal Circle Airtrain station, and was on time (every 30 mins) when I arrived at 8:20pm. The journey to the hotel took 10 mins. However, the return journey in the morning visits all terminals, which is convenient in theory, but it took 40 mins due to traffic.”

“Overall, a great time here. Stayed for over a week, the maids were very responsive whenever I asked for anything. Front desk was helpful when I asked for any sight-seeing advice and the hotel is located close to NYC. My only complaint is that parking is a big pain.”

“Of the three other Marriot properties I have stayed at near LGA (Marriot and Aloft) this one is my new favorite. Technically further away than both other locations although shuttle time to airport did not seem much longer. Rooms were very quiet but on the smaller side, which is to be expected and is the norm in NYC in my experience. The front desk staff (Ada and Mai) were amazing and super helpful when my travel agent booked me on the wrong night. And the shuttle driver the next morning as great as well. 5 stars all around for the staff! My new go to layoff/delay hotel!”

“Location is not very favorable for after-hours. I was told by the hostess that restaurants closes around 8pm. Also not a lot of options to eat. You will have a hard time looking for places to eat. Your only option will be doordash. Room quite comfortable but I have seen better options for the same price. Worth looking other reviews and assess your needs. Does not offer breakfast. 15-20 minutes walk from a Dunk'n Donuts.”

“Room was super clean, only thing strange was the 2 hookers in front both offered me a great price, one was latina from Venezuela and the other a dark skinned one. I ended up with the latina as she seemed the cleanest of the 2 and the most affordable. Regardless the rooms and front desk were up to par and super affordable, will stay here again”

“Super cute little room (free comped stay, hence the small room), very clean and very comfy. Very good thick walls, I say this because I could hear a group of kids laughing and speaking kind of loud but only if I turned the TV off and listened intently. Nice sized TV and great channels. We actually live in Queens and we always get free stays at Resorts Catskills. This was our first comp at the Hyatt here in Resorts NY. It's actually not at JFK Airport but close enough. From Hyatt/ Resorts NY to JFK Airport is about a 15 min ride or a little less. An Uber ride to JFK from hotel is about $26.00. A train is in walking distance but there is a super cute shuttle bus that takes you to A train and picks you up too. Excellent stay if you want to have easy access to boroughs, Airport and gambling. I give them a 10!Food & drinks: RW Prime is delicious!”
