The staff at Citizens Bayside branch are friendly, professional, and helpful, often going above and beyond to assist customers. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable tellers and the good customer service, especially compared to other banks. However, there have been issues with parking lot signage, as many customers previously paid towing fees because they were unaware the lot was not owned by the bank. Overall, Citizens provides banking services through branches, ATMs, online, and a mobile app.
While I'm not a fan of Citizens bank itself, the staff here is really friendly and goes above and beyond to try to help you.

This bank has really nice tellers and staff who are very helpful. I went to another branch and was basically treated like a criminal. By contrast the employees here are professional and knowledgeable.

For a long time they didn’t specify that the parking lot is not theirs so tons of their customers have been paying $140 in towing fees. They finally put a sign recently.bad business practice.
