“I have been banking with Flushing Savings since 1979 and being a life long customer I have been to several of their branches. During my 40 plus years of getting service from Flushing Savings I have been very satisfied for the most part. The reason for this review is the stellar service I have been getting for the past ten years from the Bayside Branch which is now at 213-03 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11361. From the manager to the rest of the workers there I have received wonderful and PERSONAL service. They actually know my name when I call, never had that happen before from a bank. Even though it was not their fault in a recent check order via a third party they quickly fixed the problem for me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results. To sum up, they are the best of the best for providing personal help with my banking needs and are always there to lend a hand when needed. You will never feel lost at this branch even though they moved from where they used to be on Bell Blvd to where they are now at 213-03 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11361, check them out.”

“I got charged a 15$ maintenance fee which I was confused about and before I even had a chance to call Chase Bank, Kent from the Bayside Branch called me to tell me they saw the fee and apologized for the inconvenience and explained why I was charged the fee. Then he said he would help me with it. I was super surprised in a good way with the awesome customer service and I will watch the bank account more carefully in the future to avoid letting this happen again, but I definitely appreciate how nice, patient, and help Kent was in proactively helping me to address the problem before I even had the chance to call Chase! “Parking Often times the parking in front of the Woori America Bank can be tricky based on the lack of space and also hard to go back when there are multiple cars, so just pack behind the building or do street parking Customer service Any time of the day, there aren't really many customers in the bank, so no need to wait on line for a long time. They get things done fast and able to assist you even further with those who are not tellers. ATM Can you use ATM if in a hurry, but that rarely happens”
