“The apartments are spacious and newly renovated. The kitchens have everything you would need and natural lighting comes through to the rooms very nicely. Kim is quick to respond and maintenance workers and kind and efficient. A nice plus is the free coffee and pool in the rec center..”
“I'm not in the property yet; I move in on March 15. The process of applying and getting approved had the potential to be challenging, but Lisa in the main leasing office did an amazing job keeping me updated and guiding me every step of the way to ensure my application was properly filled out. I’m fortunate to say that I was approved for the apartment I was looking for, and my move-in date is March 15. Saying that I’m excited to move in is an understatement. The grounds look beautiful, and so far, everyone I’ve met has been very friendly. I can’t wait to call Mountain View Apartments my home. An added bonus is that my little four-year-old will be attending school right next door. The comfort this gives my wife and me can't be put into words. I look forward to joining the Mountain View community, making new friends, going on new adventures, and living my best life.”

“THE MAINTENANCE OFFICE HAS THE MOST POLITE AND NICE PEOPLE. YOU CALL AND THE COME RIGHT AWAY TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE RENTAL OFFICE COME OFF RUDE LKE YOU ARE BROTHERING THEM. THE GROUNDS LOOK BEAUTIFUL BUT YOUR DOG PARK NEEDS WORK BC IT'S NOTHING BUT DIFT AND TREE ROOTS. A DOG COULD BE RUINING AROUND AND GET HURT ON THE TREE ROOTS. AT NIGHT PEOPLE COME IN OFF THE ROAD TO DUMP THEIR TRASH AND STUFF NO NIGHT SECURITY DRIVING AROUND AT NIGHT. I have been living here for 10 years.I wish everyone who is a dog owner would pick up after their dog. THE UNDERNEATH OF THE DECKS NEED TO BE SCRAPED AND REPAINTED.”

She’s the one who always helps me out with getting the key to the billiards room, and she never hesitates to assist with anything I need. “A nice neighborhood. The grounds are well kept, the office is responsive and quick with maintenance work, and the apartments are nice. Prices jump quickly but they do a nice job with the property and it's pretty peaceful.”
