Although a helpful associate eventually resolved my concerns, the experience left me hoping for a more streamlined and efficient visit.
Enter Anthony F. at the New Windsor location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, professional demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I had come to this location specifically to return a Wi-Fi router, as I had learned from my previous visit that not all Verizon stores handle this task. Anthony took care of my request promptly and without any hassle, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of Verizon's policies and procedures.
What truly stood out, however, was Anthony's exceptional customer service. He not only facilitated the return of my router but also took the time to address a few additional questions I had about my Verizon services. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist were evident throughout our interaction. It is rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism and customer care, and Anthony exceeded all expectations.
This visit was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at Verizon. Anthony F. truly went above and beyond, ensuring that all my needs were met efficiently and effectively. “I purchased a new phone a little over a week ago and I had an accident and my toddler dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I was absolutely furious and so frustrated and then I decided to take my phone in to the store. I met the manager at the location and his name was Hamza I believe but he said I can call him Mike. I very upset that my screen was shattered but I was also furious walking into the store knowing I have to spend more money. It was like Mike knew how I was feeling and he was just so kind and showed so much empathy to my situation. The store was pretty busy but he looked at me and told me to return in 30 minutes to pick up my phone. I returned to the location about 20 minutes later and Mike got up and told me that my phone was ready. I was absolutely shocked and obviously very happy at how fast he repaired my phone and it has been working now better than ever. I would absolutely be recommending this location to anyone that I know because of the kind treatment I received from the manager Mike. There should be more people like him managing stores like these. If it was possible to give more than five stars, then I definitely would be giving more.
