I had been to another Verizon location earlier in the day, where I faced a bit of a wait and some initial difficulty in getting my questions answered. Although a helpful associate eventually resolved my concerns, the experience left me hoping for a more streamlined and efficient visit.
Enter Anthony F. at the New Windsor location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, professional demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I had come to this location specifically to return a Wi-Fi router, as I had learned from my previous visit that not all Verizon stores handle this task. Anthony took care of my request promptly and without any hassle, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of Verizon's policies and procedures.
What truly stood out, however, was Anthony's exceptional customer service. He not only facilitated the return of my router but also took the time to address a few additional questions I had about my Verizon services. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist were evident throughout our interaction. It is rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism and customer care, and Anthony exceeded all expectations.
This visit was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at Verizon. Anthony F. truly went above and beyond, ensuring that all my needs were met efficiently and effectively. His dedication to his work and his customers is commendable, and he undoubtedly deserves recognition for his outstanding service.

“This AT&T store is great. I worked with the manager I believe his name was Mark, he was amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about when it comes to all this billing and AT&T stuff. He explained my bill step by step and set me up with a new plan that saved me money and got me into my new phone. He made it such an easy process. I also worked with Alani and another gentleman there Mike, the sales representatives that were both professional and attentive!! Thank you everyone in that store, everything was great. Give these people a raise!!!”

“I purchased a new phone a little over a week ago and I had an accident and my toddler dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I was absolutely furious and so frustrated and then I decided to take my phone in to the store. I met the manager at the location and his name was Hamza I believe but he said I can call him Mike. I very upset that my screen was shattered but I was also furious walking into the store knowing I have to spend more money. It was like Mike knew how I was feeling and he was just so kind and showed so much empathy to my situation. The store was pretty busy but he looked at me and told me to return in 30 minutes to pick up my phone. I returned to the location about 20 minutes later and Mike got up and told me that my phone was ready. I was absolutely shocked and obviously very happy at how fast he repaired my phone and it has been working now better than ever. I would absolutely be recommending this location to anyone that I know because of the kind treatment I received from the manager Mike. There should be more people like him managing stores like these. If it was possible to give more than five stars, then I definitely would be giving more. “I stopped in twice last week. First visit was tough because I was in a bind due to a misunderstanding with my bill at AT&T, which was becoming overwhelmingly too expensive to manage. I also had to be at work in less than an hour, so I was on a time crunch. As soon as I walked in, Tulio greeted me immediately. I explained my situation and I was able to get a brand new S25 Ultra and the plan he quoted was way less than what I was paying over at the Blue. So far the network service has been stellar also! Tulio got me in and out in about 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly and deserves a shout out for telling me about the free tablet they were offering- I came back for that a couple of days later when I had more time. That time, I spoke with Basel who was equally as friendly and knowledgeable; I walked out with a brand new S9 Tab FE 5G. My overall experience at Cellular Sales Verizon was excellent and would highly recommend you stop there if you llive near the Galleria!! If you don't, it will be worth the drive I promise.”

“Chris seems like a great guy and very open to help. It seems like he runs a one-man operation and he is not affiliated with any company so he may not have the parts or skills that the dedicated samsung or apple stores have. That being said, he was able to fix my Samsung Zflip4 when many stores told me they didn't do work on foldables. In addition, he was able to get the parts within a few days and get the repair done within a few hours. He was very communicative throughout the process and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted done. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for help.”
