“I purchased a new phone a little over a week ago and I had an accident and my toddler dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I was absolutely furious and so frustrated and then I decided to take my phone in to the store. I met the manager at the location and his name was Hamza I believe but he said I can call him Mike. I very upset that my screen was shattered but I was also furious walking into the store knowing I have to spend more money. It was like Mike knew how I was feeling and he was just so kind and showed so much empathy to my situation. The store was pretty busy but he looked at me and told me to return in 30 minutes to pick up my phone. I returned to the location about 20 minutes later and Mike got up and told me that my phone was ready. I was absolutely shocked and obviously very happy at how fast he repaired my phone and it has been working now better than ever. I would absolutely be recommending this location to anyone that I know because of the kind treatment I received from the manager Mike. There should be more people like him managing stores like these. If it was possible to give more than five stars, then I definitely would be giving more. “I went to the Verizon store because I was experiencing a lot of difficulty with customer service attempting to rectify an issue with my service and billing. The manager, Kevin and two of his colleagues, Dajour and Bryant spent much time and energy over two days supporting me through what would’ve been a situation that caused me to switch to a different company. Their genuine caring and compassion throughout the situation was the type of customer service that just does not exist anymore. If you have never been to the Verizon store on route 300 in NEWBURGH, I highly suggest that you make it your business to go and request one of these three gentlemen. They are truly incredible souls.”

Granted, there were a lot of distractions, but he was very professional and an all-around good guy. So the takeaway with any of these local cable stores is ask questions, make sure you get accurate information and engage with the people you're working with based on the way they treat you.”

“Highly recommend this Metro PCS location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered. They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and gave me an extremely reasonable deal. They even put a perfect screen protector on my phone that I would not have been able to get anywhere else in the area. Side note: the store is very clean and well kept. Felt very comfortable going in even with the current COVID situation.”

“I came into his Verizon location in panic with my old phone, thank God Hus and frank were there and they let me in the store before they open at 10 AM. My old phone had all sorts of scam and apps on it. They took their time to find me the best option. I am leaving very happy with above and beyond service and with a gorgeous new phone ! Thank you guys”
