“I purchased a new phone a little over a week ago and I had an accident and my toddler dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I was absolutely furious and so frustrated and then I decided to take my phone in to the store. I met the manager at the location and his name was Hamza I believe but he said I can call him Mike. I very upset that my screen was shattered but I was also furious walking into the store knowing I have to spend more money. It was like Mike knew how I was feeling and he was just so kind and showed so much empathy to my situation. The store was pretty busy but he looked at me and told me to return in 30 minutes to pick up my phone. I returned to the location about 20 minutes later and Mike got up and told me that my phone was ready. I was absolutely shocked and obviously very happy at how fast he repaired my phone and it has been working now better than ever. I would absolutely be recommending this location to anyone that I know because of the kind treatment I received from the manager Mike. There should be more people like him managing stores like these. If it was possible to give more than five stars, then I definitely would be giving more. Thank you Boost mobile but most importantly thank you Mike for your hospitality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❗️”

He gave me a quote over the phone for the replacement of my battery and when I came in later in the day he repaired it while I waited. Granted, there were a lot of distractions, but he was very professional and an all-around good guy. So the takeaway with any of these local cable stores is ask questions, make sure you get accurate information and engage with the people you're working with based on the way they treat you.”

“I always do my cell phone business with this store. I also finally got my 15 year old a cell phone, and, of course brought her to this store. Brought my father from Jersey, he loved the service! Still working on my husband ?. Everyone is extremely personable! They are very helpful. I would go no where else, ever! I pay $60.00 a month for unlimited talk, text, and data! Beat that! Very happy, obviously?. Thanks!”

“Alfonso at this location has single handedly repaired a horrible relationship with Verizon. He helped unpack a myriad of issues caused by two different franchise locations lying about promotions in order to get their commissions. 5 stars isn't enough for the service he provided, he should be commended. I fully endorse this location and recommend that anyone who uses verizon as a carrier never does any business with any location that isnt a corporate store. Al is a great representative of Verizon, thank you again!”

“Based on all the reviews I've read of this store, I'm very disappointed with my experience at this Walmart. First of all, we searched every aisle, and could not find any dried blood. As avid fans of crime docs, we were excited to see this in person and try to identify the injury. No such luck. Oh well, off to find fire starters. We asked an employee for help and they were helpful. We were hoping for some tea- some breakup drama to listen to or family issues, as our lives can be pretty dull. Alas, we left helped but unentertained. My boyfriend was riding around on our cart full of loose vegetables and crashed into some guy. He said it was the funniest thing that's happened to him in a while and no worries. Was kinda hoping to see them throw down (see last paragraph re: just looking to feel something) but he continued through the electronics section. We might have been overcharged but threw away the receipt before bothering to do the math. Uneventful 4/5.”
