“Moved here a year ago and having wonderful experience living in this apartment community. Jonathan is impressively professional — he does exceptional work, being genuinely caring about people, and showing incredible patience throughout the entire process. Miguel is very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. The whole management team is compassionate and understanding, and consistently does its best to accommodate everyone’s housing needs, which makes the whole community feel very welcoming. The community itself is fantastic—everyone is friendly, and I’ve made some great friends here. The location is perfect, close to downtown yet near parks -- also very pet-friendly. The garage is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall convenience and comfort... Overall, this is one of the best value-for-money apartment communities in Stamford. Would highly recommend.”
“My family and I have lived at Arrive Stamford for two years and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The building is clean, quiet, and in a perfect location close to downtown Stamford. We love the pool in the summer and always feel safe and comfortable in our apartment. The staff is amazing — Mike especially is super helpful anytime I had a question or needed anything. He has always made sure things were taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Arrive if you’re looking for a well-run place in Stamford!”
“Been a resident for a couple of years and I know there is some back and forward with whats said but there is not a stronger maintenence guy then the head guy nothing expresses his hard work dedication to this property also the office there is not a better manager then the lady here can’t imagine what she has to go through day to day with all these people hear thank you you two”
