Shortly after, Frankie jumped in, quickly diagnosed multiple issues, and got right on the phone to track down the parts. They worked together seamlessly to get things moving fast and were extremely fair with the pricing.

When it got late and the truck wasn’t ready to go, Frankie went above and beyond by setting me up with a loaner vehicle so I could still run my business the next day. Once the repairs were done, he even put the truck on the lift and discovered my ball joints were in desperate need of replacement. He provided video proof to show how bad they were and took care of everything, making sure the truck was perfect before handing it back to me.

Now I’m driving with confidence knowing the job was done right. Frankie and Josh were both super personable, easy to talk to, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire experience. “I went to have a CARSO inspection for my newly purchased CPO car. I won’t get into the waste of time that it is for a CPO car- that’s a silky insurance issue. BUT I will talk about the friendly and efficient service at BSC. I called this morning when I learned I needed this inspection (turns out I was overdue) and they got me in within 45 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and very efficient. The process took 20 minutes and they emailed the results to my insurance company. The place was clean and the minimart, although small had a good selection of sundries. From what I saw it seems they have Full service.”
