At first I was a slight heistant about it not being an actually store front, but Jan quickly made up for thatI emailed and also left a message and Jan got back to me within an hour or so. I let her know what I was looking for and sent her the information on the services. They delivered it that afternoon but due to hospital restrictions they could only deliver it to the nurses' station on the floor. Due to some mix-up the flowers never made it to my friend. “I needed to rent tables and chairs for a large Thanksgiving gathering. I dealt with Teddy by phone. He was prompt in sending a quote and pleasant to deal with. The four 8'x30" tables and 32 chairs were delivered on the Monday before the holiday, which gave me plenty of time to set up. I appreciated that there were felt pads on the bottoms of the chair legs so that I didn't have to worry about them scratching the wood floor. The white wood chairs were a little dirty, enough that I felt it necessary to wipe them down before using them -- the only criticism I have, and not enough to downgrade a star. I also needed the tables/chairs for Friday brunch, and Teddy agreed to let me keep them until Saturday at no extra charge. I would rent from Teddy again.”
