“Great store, I always enjoy shopping here, great quality all around and friendly helpful staff, their beer selection is an excellent adventure. I went again on October 25th, stocked up on groceries and bought a 4 pack of Southern Tier Pumpking Ale, great stuff but expensive. So many options from Fresh made guacamole, their freshly made pizza, great deli, bakery, fish, meats, produce etc. Also a little bar on the 2nd floor, very nice.”

“This is my go to grocery store. It is smaller than most but remains well stocked with essentials; you can find what you need here unless you’re looking for some obscure item. No customer restrooms. It’s a pain that they don’t allow you to take baskets out of the store, so I usually grab a cart even if I’m only getting a couple items. The pricing here can be high. This week, for example, frozen potatoes/French fries at full price (not on sale) are $3.69 at stop and shop and $4.69 here. It’s 2022 so everyone can cross check prices on competitors apps, to some it might not matter but some of us want to save a few dollars.Twice now I have purchased products that have rang up at the wrong price. I’m not crazy about checking receipts but it’s easy to catch if you only buy a few items, so I recommend taking a quick glance at your receipt.Overall it’s your average grocery store.”
“Looking for the neighborhood market with fresh fish, produce, meat, and baked goods, then venture into town and shop at Sgaglio's Marketplace. I highly recommend taking a look at their prepared meals too. I picked up the most delicious carrots as well as potato pancakes. Add any of these items to your meal and reduce your turnaround time. Your guests will delight in seeing you join them at the table sooner. The old-world charm here is welcoming, and the bakery counter sure comes in handy! Definitely worth shopping here..”

“I love shopping here - during Covid, we discovered that our favorite feature of this store is the bakery! We are not dessert snobs by any means, but do have pretty definite ideas of what we like in pastries and cakes. During our entire year of eating in for every occasion including birthdays and holidays, we were very pleasantly surprised at the variety of desserts, the freshness, and the taste. Since then, just about everyone in our family goes to their bakery for cookies, pastries, cakes and pies. Another feature we love are the grab and go cold cuts - you can't beat the convenience and speed. Huge variety of goods ranging from cereals to yogurts, fresh produce, meats, snacks, etc. Bring your own bags for checking out and you save a little more!”

While from the exterior it looks like a typical small store with last minute staple items, this one has an amazing butcher! if your grilling, one of my favorite marinaded meats can be found here. “I have to say "They are trying". The place is clean...workers are local, nice people. Seems to be understaffed..It's a hard business now a days. Their biggest problem is their sales. They constantly have buy one get one free. Yet they double the original price. That doesn't work here in NY. Maybe in Pennsylvania it works, not here. Prices are very fair otherwise. Unfortunately they are in terrible shopping center, where the owner doesn't maintain the property, Parking lot is dirty and looks like pot hole city NY.”
