The thing just sat there collecting dust with noone to drive it. The battery was on its last leg and the tires were dry rotting. We decided to start driving it but it needed some work. “Swung by this Mobil after being thwarted trying to get full service down the road (I'm not usually a full service kind of gal, but it was heading in the right direction and I was kind of desperate). Very happy to find an easy-access gas station right on Northern Boulevard. The footprint is small and things can get crowded, but the cars usually move through really fast.”

“The Village Convenience Deli is the best little grocery store in the area. The proprietor is very friendly and helpful. During the LOCKDOWN I only thought to go to the 7-11 north of my apartment building. I totally forgot about THIS deli also about 3 blocks away. I could kick myself. This store has many varied and brand-named items not like 7-11. 7-11 has the worse bread and English muffins not brand names like Arnold or Pepperidge Farm or Thomas. Village Deli also has many things I needed during the lockdown like spices , vanilla, chicken broth that I had to do without. Their prices are also much better than 7-11 akin to grocery store prices. It is also next to a pizza place and a Mexican take out and dine -in place that looks very promising so now I can stop and get a snack too.”
