They took the extra time to see what I could get off on my prescription because I have no insurance. I’m so grateful for their kindness. I just moved to New York and I will be going to this CVS for all my needs”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!!❤️❤️ I always go here with my brother, the staff are super friendly, helpful, and phenomenal they are always giving small discounts to us, which really make my day and saves some of my money, we come here almost 2 times a week the food selection is amazing, the place is super clean, they are always quick and efficient whenever we are ready to checkout! ? I went to other seven elevens before and they were really not good but this one is gold ????, I look forward to coming and purchasing from this place ?. They let us pick our food instead of them doing it for us, so they don't even have to touch it, which I think is a really hygienic way of making sure we enjoy great meals. 5 STARS! 5 STARS! 5 STARS! 5 STARS! I can't say it enough to express my true joy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐??????”

“I am not impressed with the communication practices of this CVS. You cannot get a human on the phone. You have to leave a message to have them call you back when they get a chance. After a recent surgery, I called from the hospital, waited for my callback. The Dr. had sent the RX's in advance, they confirmed this and told me the meds would be ready and waiting for me to pick up on my way home from the hospital. Well, I went to the drive through, so I didn't have to get out, in pain to walk through the entire store, (Pharmacy at the very back.) Not only were my items not ready, I had to go in anyway because they needed insurance paperwork, which I had given them 1 week before the actual surgery. It was a horrible experience ,but the incompetence was off the charts. I will NEVER go back there. This was the 1st time I've ever experienced such bad service! And I thought it would be a simply transaction, because I had provided any and all information way before hand. One would think they would have called me before leaving the hospital to let me know of any problems, but I never got that respect or phone call. I will not be going back to the CVS, on Jericho Tpke, in New Hyde Park! ? ? ?”

“This 7-Eleven is my go-to stop for drinks, snacks, coffee, and late-night essentials. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized every time I visit. The staff is friendly, and checkout is always quick. I also appreciate how convenient the location is and that they usually have everything I need in one stop. Great place when you’re in a hurry. Staff are awesome”
