“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

“After numerous calls to 611 and conflicting answers from different locations, I have found my saving grace in this TMobile store & staff! My phone had stopped charging & holding charge all of a sudden. Meeks walked me through my plan details and helped me put in a warranty replacement order. When it arrived 2 days later, Ali was there to greet me and assist me on every step. I am a recording artist so I have a LOT of files saved locally on my phone. Meeks and Ali continued to give me constant attention & support while my 3 hour transfer took place ?. The only hiccup was when my phone decided it wanted to restart from the beginning when it was almost done. Never did I feel like a bother to anyone and while more customers were coming in. Darrin, Martin and Tia all assisted me as well to ensure I was not neglected while everyone else was taken care of. This turned an almost 6 hour chore into one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had when dealing with an issue. I cannot thank the team enough!!”
