He helped us select two phones, transferred all the data from the old ones, set all the appropriate buttons, got us the appropriate charges, screens and phone protectors, etc — all in less than 30 minutes. He answered all the questions we had and was very patient with me and my wife. We are elderly and not that tech saavy so we really appreciated his patience. Whenever I return to that Verizon store, I will certainly ask for him.”

Made sure everything was working correctly. Erased my files from the old phone. I had avoided upgrading sooner because I was worried about losing stuff. Not to worry . They were great!
