Competitive prices with frequent sales.
The shop is a bit crowded and packed, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect place to check out gear in person before buying — much better than big chain stores for hands-on shopping in NYC.

“I came upon Dale Pro Audio looking for a transformer for a SPL Track One preamp. I purchased the new preamp from Sweetwater, but they said they were unable to provide the optional transformer, although they work with the same North American Distributor, Focal-Naim.I contacted Focal Naim with a technical request during the pandemic, and they were exceptional, so I have my doubts about Sweetwater.I found the Lundahl transformer listed online, so I contacted Dale Pro Audio to confirm the availability, and Andre Marion, their eCommerce Operations Manager, responded immediately. I was able to purchase the unit, and it arrived within a week, having been shipped from Canada. He was most courteous and friendly.I will be looking to Dale Pro Audio first in the future and recommend them to anyone purchasing high-end audio equipment.”

I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. “First and foremost I would like to thank you to employee at this MetroPCS store. Very good representation for the company. He went above and beyond my expectations to help me. Yesterday The store closes at 8:00 p.m. I walked in at 7:58 because somebody stole my phone and they were able to break into my phone and access all my personal information and they were able to get PIN numbers and Verification codes for my bank and there was nothing I was able to do about it because in order to do something I need to get a verification sent to that phone. But to make a long story short, the employee of that store stay until 8:45 p.m. and make sure we were able to cut off the access that the person was having on my phone. It was kind of difficult to suspend a line without the phone or any other info but he made three attempts, and we still probably would not be able to get in if it was not for the knowledge that he has and his brains that he utilized and was able to bypass everything that the person did to block me out of my phone and he helped me. And I wish I had money on me to tip him but I didn't but tomorrow I'm going to go back to buy him dinner because he probably saved my paycheck this week so thank you sir I appreciate you. “It is small, but it has almost everything a normal Target has. Self checkouts are available and reusable bags cost $0.05. Candy aisle is smaller than a bus. They did not have everything in stock when I came, which was was a Saturday afternoon, so I’d assume they need more employees in there. Sadly, they did not have any small orange juice bottles/cartons. Would’ve expected at least that from a Target. Location is great as it’s just one stop away from Jamaica station. Great if you have a long layover at JFK and want to get snacks and other food. Walmart is still better ?”
