The only design that was not included with cake order was the happy birthday top banner and # 9, other wise I ordered cake with hello kitty theme and figurine of hello kitty that I ask for as well! My daughter was so amazed of how beautiful it came out and most important how delicious it taste to all!!!! We recommend there cakes....”

“I'm so torn. Most of the time I order ahead and my pick up order is ready almost immediately. Yesterday I went to buy cold cuts and there was no one at the counter. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had smoked Gouda. He said no, but you can look on the shelves. I said, OK, and proceeded to order a pound of turkey breast. He looked at me and said you have to take a number. Another gentleman had walked up behind me while this was happening, and we looked at each other because it was clearly no one else standing there until then, but me. I asked him if he was serious and he said yes, in case you didn't notice I was in the middle of something. I said no I'm sorry I didn't because I'm too short to see over the counter, and I don't have my glasses on. He proceeded to go back to doing whatever he was doing. I said OK that's fine. I'll go speak to the manager. Thank you. I ran into Matt the manager who I asked for help in finding something, and I did mention to him what happened and that I was upset by it. I also mentioned to Matt that the gentleman that was rude to me is usually very nice. There has never been an instance where anybody behind the deli counter was less than helpful other than a woman that is no longer working there. There was no reason for him to be so rude. He could have just said he would be right with me. From now on, I will probably order my cold cuts ahead, but after reading the reviews about that, I might just go somewhere else for them. This was a very disappointing experience.”
