“Words can’t describe my gratitude towards Maurice. We thought our daughter, 4, had chicken pox. She had a fever, rash spreading everywhere, and had already been seen by our primary and told nothing to worry about. Maurice suspected it was related to eczema and that she need a derm consult. I wish we had listened to him. A telehealth, urgent care, ER and one provider later we finally ended up admitted into a pediatrics wing in Massachusetts and then when she needed a higher level of care, Weill Cornell. Not one single provider until she was admitted EXCEPT for Maurice, recognized this was systemic and related to eczema. It was a massive infection of staphylococcus, streptococcus and a bunch of other bacteria that got in through her eczema, and then joined forces to take over her entire body in coordination with her eczema. Thank you Maurice. I can’t wait to thank you in person. You did what no other provider in their hubris did, you pointed us in exactly the right direction we were just too stupid to not have listened”
“I always get my gas at Sam's because it's super convenient. You just scan the QR code and pump your gas. No need to pull out any cards, it charges whatever card you have on file and emails a receipt. Their prices are lower than Costco and BJs , highly recommend!”

“Members only and there are two extra hours except Sunday for business and executive members. It has more selections than Costco and is convenient to shop with self checkout cashier. Also the price of the gas is 20 to 30 cents cheaper that other gas stations.”

“This Costco is undergoing some construction inside and out, but still gets 5 stars. It's one of my favorite Costco locations. The staff is great. Holbrook Liquor is in the same building and you don't need to be a Costco memeber to take advantage of their prices. And this Costco location also has a gas station.”
“Prescription Centre is the best! I so much prefer local pharmacy to the national chains. I am 74 and disabled. I need to use a walker which I keep folded up in my trunk. I don't so much mind taking it out and then having to fold it back up and lift it into the trunk if I'm going into a store to shop or a doctor's office. But to have to take it out and put it back to go into a place to pick up just one thing is why I prefer curbside "delivery." We moved to Middle Island 2 1/2 years ago and Prescription Centre in Coram was the closest local pharmacy. I called and spoke to Dottie, explained my need for requesting that my orders be brought out to my car and was assured that it would be no problem and that they could also deliver. I have actually never been in the store! Dottie or one ofthe other ladies there even call me when they have prescriptions for me or my wife and ask if we'd like it delivered. I've never had many dealings with the pharmacist, but have nevere had any problems with anyone there.”

“We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”
“I had to go here to this location as they were the only CVS open at the time I needed to get medicine for my sick daughter. Even though they were almost closed, they greeted me and helped, and even wished me. The store was immaculate and it was a quick process Definitely recommend this location”

I could not ask for a better team of proffesionals to handle my prescription medications for myself and my family. They go above and beyond to assist in anyway they can and in many ways larger chain Pharmacies do not even attempt. They will always be my "go to" as long as I'm in the area without a doubt. “Mark and his staff are friendly, courteous and always ready to go the extra mile. I chose Quality after my former Pharmacy closed several years ago. Honestly, I did not even know they were there. Had I known I would have chosen them from the start. Mark is always available to answer any questions, and if he is busy he will call back or give a time to call him back. 5 stars are not enough to indicate the level of care given to his customers. “I have been going to this CVS store for beauty supplies and have been very happy with this store. I had a prescription sent to them on a Sunday very recently and it was ready shortly after we got there. I have taken a neighbor there and she continued with scripts she had from CVS in Florida until she returned home and has new doctors too. They let me pick up her scripts for her also . I saw some negative reviews on google and wanted to add a much deserved positive one that I think they deserve.

“They are very nice and professional. Ginny is the best, at least from the people I interact with. They work efficiently, wait time is not bad even when they are busy. They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”
