“Frank was an amazing man. Having MS/Epilepsy are not an easy thing. My new brace is much bigger than my old one. Measured my feet (12) and showed me all the possible shoes that could fit me. “My 83 year old father has been having problems with his shoes since his feet are getting wider. We decided to try this shop and we were overwhelmed. The owner was fantastic. He listened to what we were looking for, he measured my fathers feet while allowing my dad to sit, and he brought out a few options. The owner helped my Dad get into each pair of shoes and listened to each review. He then pulled a few more shoes. All of the options were good quality shoes. My father is very picky and the owner was very patient. We finally found the right shoes but one was a little tight in the top. They have the ability to stretch and make shoes slightly tighter. In the end the shoes were so perfect that my Dad wanted to wear them home. He wore them for the rest of the day and never complained. I was a little worried about the price with all this service, but the shoes were very reasonably priced. We will definitely go back the next time my Dad needs shoes and I would recommend this place to others. This was a great find.”

“Had a wonderful experience at Jeans Town in Shirley today. I went in trying to get some shoes for a student of mine who is less fortunate. The owner not only gave me a discount but also gave the kid an outfit for the summer. This is a classy business who does right by the residents of Shirley and Mastic Beach. I will be back again!”
“Although my child cried the whole time because she hated to put something on her feet, The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable about first shoes and gave my little girl a balloon to distract her. It was a bit pricey considering I will be sizing up in 3 months but I'm glad we got supportive shoes that fit her properly.”

“I never had children but needed to buy gifts. I was offered help a few times and declined but got frustrated bc I couldn't find 'anything'. There were three people in the store, and while all were helpful, one in particular, I'm sorry I don't know her name was so positive and pleasant. She helped me find two outfits for each of the 5 kids from 2 to 10 I was looking to buy for. She heard me when I described their body type and mixed and matched the perfect outfits! Without her help, I would have left without getting anything. Thank you!”

“Always a great experience going to sports plaza. Amazing customer service and prices are reasonable. I have been coming here for 10+ years. Recently I had just made a purchase and as it was - I had purchased the wrong size shoes, and had lost my receipt. I later called and had asked if I can exchange the shoe size and mentioned that I had lost my receipt. They were nice enough to let me go and I was able to get the right size.”

“Full disclosure: I HATE SHOPPING, but, my sweet sis and her hubby took me shopping for my bday.I really needed some new items and we decided to try Mandee.Everything is young, fresh and adorable. I'm usually a small/medium, here I was a Large/XL...and that's fine because it is SO affordable,I can check my ego at the door! LolStaff was very sweet. I would definitely come here for some cute dresses/outfits that won't cost an arm and a leg!”
“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got fitted, Bought boots that I’ve had before but with the Boa strap because they were cheaper than the ones with laces. Unfortunately they ended up wearing in more than my previous and my foot moves a little more than I’d like and the expensive inserts I bought started to peel up on the heel and now they are useless and uncomfortable, will probably never spend money on them again. So not completely happy with my experience this purchase but I can’t do anything about it because it was passed a month and they do not except returns on inserts. A lot of money to be wasted at my expense. Seem to always have problems finding comfortable footwear, especially ones I wear 10-14hrs a day.”
