“I have been going to Jim Barnard Chevrolet for service on my vehicle for over 4 decades. The reason is because they are friendly, professional and, as a single woman with very little automotive knowledge, they have never made me feel like I’m being taken advantage of, just the opposite. They also do a full inspection twice a year when I get my oil changed and provide a handout of each area of the vehicle marking green, yellow, or red, indicating when a potential type of service may be needed in the future. Their prices may be somewhat higher than local service garages but I’ve never walked out of there dissatisfied with the service I receive. I recently had issues with my 2 front tires experiencing low psi, requiring me to stop at gas stations to fill the tires every couple of days in frigid temperatures. I thought I’d try going to Firestone, as it was just around the corner, whereas Barnard is 30 minutes, and assumed Firestone specialized in tires and issues with them. I went round and round with Firestone, having to take my car back 3 times, and ultimately ended up back at Barnard, where the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Jim Barnard Chevrolet team for the many years of satisfied service!”

Came with the wrong joystick for grapple bucket I ordered, within a week from bringing it to their attention a service guys showed up in my barn and installed the correct one. I have had several bad experiences with the Deere dealer down the road which pushed me towards Kubota. So fat so good with Bentley Brothers..”

“Needed a new battery. I was under the weather and very miserable. Meaghan greeted me and we picked the proper product.
I needed help with installation. I am not a mechanic but have done my own batteries for decades.
Meaghan was honest and said she wasn't the resident battery installer.
She grabbed the tool kit, battery and wheeled them out. After a shaky start and with a quik youtube video, we managed to spend a Friday night replacing my battery.
My day went from %$#@& to happy.
She went overboard to assist me.
Thank you again!
Now... AZ has a huge opportunity here. Training at store level to give your associates the confidence they need to serve your customers needs to be better.
And, why not start some diy classes?
Batteries, light bulbs and other small repairs could be turned into classes. Think like the Home Depot DIY workshops.

“The new location is great! The store is better stocked, well lit and organized. The new staff are friendly and I had a much better experience with the new store under new management than I did with the old. I used to go clear to Batavia for parts because I didnt feel like dealing with the local store which often wouldn't have what I needed anyways and the gentlemen behind the counter were often rude and condescending. Now I foresee using this location more often.”
