While we ran into some troubles replacing my battery (a sheered bolt that was needed to hold the battery down) multiple people dedicated their time to figuring out how to fix it. “Excellent customer service out of Bentley Bros. I dropped my mower off for some repair work & when I came to pick it up, I mentioned to Bill that it runs rough when it rains. He immediately & without hesitation brought me to Rob. Rob then basically said, we can’t have you working wile your machine has an underlying issue. Leave it here with me for a few more days and I’ll get it fixed for you. Sure enough, I talked with Faith today and it’s all set. All covered under warranty too. The communication and outstanding customer service from everyone at BB has won them a customer for life. I’ll never shop anywhere else. I appreciate you all!”

“The Brockport Walmart Auto Care Center is, by far, the absolute best Walmart Auto Care Center around. Dion and all of the other guys who work there are fantastic. My experience here with both customer service and automotive work (new tires, oil changes) has always been professional and top-notch, at a fraction of dealer cost. If you are going to use the Walmart Auto Care Center for tires or an oil change, I strongly recommend the Brockport location, even if it is a longer distance.”

“The folks at this shop were great to work with. I never had an accident before, and never had to really go through car insurance before either. They were very friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process. They were able to answer all of my questions, and regularly called to keep me updated on how repairs were going or the updates from my insurance adjuster — both of these actions also helped reduce my overall anxiety about the situation! Even when it came time to arranging the rental car, they were able to help with the communications there too. Wonderful experience from start to end!”
